Refund and Returns Policy
سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
حرصًا على معايير النظافة والسلامة، فإن منتجاتنا تُعد من المنتجات الشخصية، لذلك لا يمكن استبدالها أو إرجاعها بعد الاستلام.
يُسمح بالاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 14 يوم فقط في الحالة التالية:
• وصول المنتج تالفًا أو به قطع أو عيب واضح.
طريقة طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع:
إرسال رسالة عبر إنستجرام أو فيسبوك.
سيتم تحديد موعد مع المندوب لاستلام المنتج.
يمكن استلام منتج بديل أو طلب استرجاع المبلغ.
استرداد المبلغ بعد وصول المنتج للشركة وفحصه، يتم:
• تحويل المبلغ عبر إنستا باي،
أو
• رد المبلغ على الفيزا في حالة الدفع بالبطاقة.
ملاحظات هامة:
• لا يُقبل الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع في حالة سوء الاستخدام.
• طريقة الاستخدام موضحة في فيديوهات الصفحة على فيسبوك وإنستجرام.
Return & Exchange Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, our products are considered personal items. Therefore, they cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in 14 Day Returns in the following case:
• The item arrives damaged, torn, or with a clear defect.
How to request a return or exchange:
1. Send us a message on Instagram or Facebook.
2. Our team will arrange a courier pickup.
3. You can choose either a replacement or a refund.
Refund process:
• Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be:
• Sent via InstaPay, or
• Returned to your card if you paid by Visa.
Important notes:
• Returns or exchanges are not accepted بسبب improper use.
